The room was clean and spacious. We had a small problem with the AC but the hotel staff sent us room service within a few minutes and reallocated us to a different room. Exceptional customer service. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious.

We didn’t have high expectations for a 3-stars hotel, but our experience felt like 5-stars quality. We were pleasantly surprised by the early check-in allowed by the kind receptionist, Mr. Rami, who also provided us with a room with an excellent view (Amman city view). The room’s cleanliness, particularly the spotless bathroom, exceeded our expectations for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, delicious sausages, fresh olive oil, and tasty vegetables. The lady waitress was very helpful and kind, and all staff members were friendly and genuine. Our stay was memorable, and we’re grateful for the exceptional service. We hope to return if we’re in Amman, Jordan again.
